The 55th Annual Society of Plastics Engineers Color and Appearance Division CAD RETEC is just around the corner. This year’s conference will be held in Milwaukee, WI and will be a great location to meet and discuss color topics. This year’s theme is “What’s Brewing with Color?”. CAD RETEC is the longest running and largest technical conference in the world devoted to the coloring of plastics. CAD RETEC as a technical conference focuses on development, manufacturing, and research in the field of color science, color measurement and coloring plastics.
CM-25cG Portable Color and Gloss Meter
The CM-25cG is a compact and lightweight portable spectrophotometer with 45°c:0° geometry and a true high performance 60°-gloss-sensor.
An advanced all-in-one system, the CM-5 Spectrophotometer is a bench-top measurement instrument designed to evaluate the color and appearance of opaque, transparent, and translucent samples.
Steven Slater is the regional manager for Color & Appearance in the mountain region and the Inline Systems Manager for the United States and Canada at Konica Minolta Sensing Americas. His background in color measurement and control include over 24 years of experience assisting customers with color measurement solutions involving industrial, graphic arts, color management, ink, and inline color applications.
